How did pre-planning help your family?

Honestly, I was so relieved that I personally didn't have to make those hard decisions. My mother had everything selected the way she wanted and we paid was what we personally wanted to add.

What was the best thing about pre-Planning for you?

I just couldn't believe how different is was. I had the privilege to be present and enjoy all the warmth of our family and friends coming to console us. I didn't worry about anything because all was done the way my father wanted.
